Vote for Lindsay!

This week is the annual student council elections at Hurricane Intermediate School. Lindsay loves to be involved in everything. She especially wants to be one of the 5 kids the student body choose on Friday. This week has been crazy trying to make sure she has a poster ready, Tshirts to pass out, flyers with candy for her handout and a skit...AHHHHHH You could say things have been a little wild at the Kapcsos house lately. So far we have met all the requirements. Lindsay thought it would be so cool to write, "Vote for Lindsay" on my car. Being the awesome Mom that I am, huh hummm, just kidding, I agreed. I have had lots of people honk and scream out their window, "Go Lindsay!!" The things you put up with for your kids....Aye? She did her presentation today in front of the entire school. I was so proud of her. For how nervous she seemed before, she totally took charge once she had the microphone. She would be a great motivational speaker. Sometimes I wonder where she came from because the rest of the family is so shy. Nothing seems to scare her. Any hew...She made the top ten. Friday is the day the school kids pick their top 5. I hope she gets it!

UPDATE: Well Lins didn't make student council. She was a little sad but that's life. She will just have to try again next year. It's all good:)
